Announcing

The rumor is true…Dance For 2 will be moving in the fall. Our Grand Re-Opening will be either Saturday, October 11th or the 18th. We have lots planned and many things to make you aware of. Please stay tuned…

As you can see above progress continues as the main ballroom gets a false ceiling added.

To give you an idea of the dimensions, the main room is 80 X 42 and the main floor will be

approximately 58 X 34. Stay tuned for more pictures and for a firm date of opening.

Here you see Owner Shawn on the lift with assistance from Dave installing speaker wire and speakers in the ceiling for the main room. The sound check was AWESOME and with a little tweaking will be one of the best ballrooms for music in San Diego.

Latest Twists & Turns

• New schedule starts on Tuesday September 2, 2008.
• Bolero and Samba are back at 8:30 on Thursday nights! The class is designed in three week sessions. You can join for just three weeks and learn one dance or all six and learn both. The first three weeks will cover the very beautiful Bolero and no one, and I mean no one teaches this like Shawn. The next three weeks he will go over the fun Samba.
